ATTORNEY PROFILE

I am an experienced trial attorney with years of experience representing clients on a wide variety of issues relating to personal injuries and business disputes.  I have won millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of injuried clients, and my reputation as a tireless and fearless litigator has earned me the respect of peers, opponents, and judges alike.

I am licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and Texas; I currently practice in courts throughout the Kansas City area.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University, where I was also honored with membership in Phi Beta Kappa.  Following my undergraduate studies, I attended law school and earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School, a perennially top ten ranked law school.  After law school, I was commissioned directly and entered onto active duty in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, where I served for over six years.
